MEET ATLANTIC CITY

• Dates/Eligibility: The REDISCOVER ATLANTIC CITY travel agent promotion will take place starting April 1, 2021 and ending June 30, 2021.  The promotion is open to travel agents within Canada, who participate in the promotion and complete the required fields. Affiliates must reside in Canada and be at least eighteen (18) years old.

• Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By entering, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to (a) these Terms and Conditions and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

• How to Enter: One participant will randomly be selected once a month by completing the required action and providing full contact details. Participants may enter the promotion by taking the quiz once each day, entering to watch the Atlantic City virtual tours once each day, listening to the recorded webinar and/or by requesting a digital Atlantic City visitors guide. One participant will be selected from all participants that completed each of the four ways to enter.

• Prizes/ Awards/ Incentives:  $150.00 CAD E-Gift Card per month (3 months) and Grand Prize 1-$500.00 CAD E-Gift Card
• Selection of Winners:  Potential winners will be notified by e-mail by July 15, 2021. All selections of qualified participants for this promotion will be conducted by Sponsor’s participant, Discover the World in Scottsdale, AZ, whose decision is final in all matters relating to the giveaways. If a potential winner does not respond, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion.

• Conditions: As a condition of entering, participants agree (a) that Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and participants ("Promotion Parties") are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this Promotion or any Promotion-related activities, including any travel related thereto; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs.
• Limitations of Liability: Neither Sponsor nor Promotion Parties are responsible for lost, illegible, late, misdirected, incomplete, mutilated, or non-delivered mail, entries or email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, garbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software or telephone malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Neither Sponsor nor Promotion Parties are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of the Website. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with entry process or operation of Promotion or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse or harass any other person. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading or copying materials from or use of Website. If, for any reason, Promotion, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which, in sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend Promotion, and determine winners from eligible bookings received prior to action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor.
• Governing Law: By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New Jersey without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in New Jersey.

• Winners' Names: For a listing of the names of the prize winners, send an email to judi@discovertheworld.ca.  Winners’ name will be sent when the promotion is over and prizes are awarded. Requests for winner’s name must be received by July 31, 2021.
